I've studied mathematics and computer science at Leeds University. My degree included courses on Operation Research, C++, Object Orientated programming. I've also programmed various iOS applications that were published on iTunes.

I have valuable experieces in customer services, sales, claims and management as well as working in the Charity sector. In my previous roles, I have handled escalated inbound calls, processed payments, negotiated arrangements and managed a team. In my last role in the charity sector, I have encouraged supporters and leaders to actively support our cause as well as promoting our chartiy through exhibition stands.
